Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment Etiquette
If you are scheduled for a facial service, please arrive with a bare face. For hair restoration, you will need to have a clean scalp free of hair product. We value punctuality so we ask you to please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service.
Cancellation Policy
Contact Ethereal Complexions 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your service. Failure to notify in a timely manner may affect your ability to make future appointments.
Payment Protocols
Payment in credit, debit, and wireless pay is encouraged. Cash is accepted, but must be the exact amount.
